Universal adhesives
DELO-ML® anaerobic adhesive cures very quickly at room temperature, in the absence of air (anaerobically) and in contact with metal ions. This adhesive is used for threadlocker, press block sealing applications.
Technical data sheetDELO-ML® DB-135 is a solvent-free anaerobic adhesive that cures in the absence of air and in contact with metal ions at room temperature. It is highly resistant to grease, oil, diesel and used for high temperature applications (180°C). The anaerobic UV adhesive provides a strong hold due to the UV curing process and curing in shadow areas due to the anaerobic properties. The DELO-ML® DB-135 adhesive is also used for metal plastic threadlocker applications.
DELO-ML® 5327 is a solvent-free anaerobic adhesive that cures in the absence of air and in contact with metal ions at room temperature. It can be used in a temperature range of -60° to +200°C and can fill gaps between 0.1mm and 0.2mm. The curing time can be reduced by using an activator for short cycle times in production. DELO-ML® ML 5327 is used for heavy-duty metal-to-metal threadlocking and nut locking applications.
DELO-ML® 5249 is a solvent-free anaerobic adhesive which cures in the absence of air and in contact with metal ions at room temperature. It can be used in the temperature range -60° to +150°C, medium metal-to-metal threadlocker and nut locking applications in the agricultural sector.
DELO-ML® Anaerobic Adhesive is a one-component, solvent-free methacrylate. The anaerobic adhesive cures very quickly in the absence of air (anaerobically), in contact with metal ions, at room temperature.
UV curing is considered with anaerobic Dualcuring adhesives. This is a dual curing system that combines UV and anaerobic curing, which allows the elements to be fixed first before the final curing due to the absence of air and the presence of metal ions.
>> How to protect your electronic components?The anaerobic bonding guarantees a stable long-term fixation of the joint. The adhesive can easily withstand high temperatures (up to +200°C continuously) and can be used for assemblies with dynamic stresses (ferrite bonding).
This range of adhesives is particularly used for the assembly of metal: piping, screw locking, thread locking or ferrite bonding found in engines.
The excellent adhesion of the bonding is obtained thanks to the penetration of the adhesive into the asperities of the parts to be assembled.
