Reactive epoxy resin adhesive
DELO-DUOPOX® adhesives and resins are two-component epoxy that cure at room temperature. They are distinguished by their extremely high reliability, especially with large or temperature-sensitive components: sensor mounting, high-frequency coils, micro switches, relays and LEDs.
Technical data sheetDELO-DUOPOX® adhesives and resins are two-component epoxy specially adapted for bonding and coating applications in the plastics industry. These adhesives allow the bonding of different plastics with different opacities. The ratios of the two-component adhesives are between 1:1 and 1:5 and give the adhesives a very good temperature resistance and a slight flexibility.
DELO-DUOPOX® epoxy resin is used in the aeronautical sector for gluing honeycombs, positioning inserts and gluing all elements in the aircraft interior (seats, shelves, screens, etc.). DELO adhesives meet the various aeronautical standards and are skydrol resistant.
The DELO DUOPOX® mounting resin is a two-component epoxy resin, curing at room temperature. The mixing ratio for these types of adhesives is between 1:1 and 1:5. For easy handling, the two-component adhesive can be applied with a cartridge applicator gun. Handling times after mixing range from a few minutes for the fastest adhesives to a few hours for the slowest curing adhesives.
The epoxy resin guarantees a very strong, long-term stable bond, even under harsh climatic conditions. The modulus of elasticity of the epoxy resin can reach % elongation and has a heat resistance up to +180°C
