2K Epoxy Structural Adhesives
Advanced two-component structural adhesives are characterised by high strength, good heat resistance and excellent adhesion to composites and metals.
They are resistant to media such as water, aliphatic solvents, oils, greases and diluted inorganic acids and bases. They can be easily and safely processed or simply integrated into automatic dispensing processes using hand guns and static mixing tubes.
High temperature epoxy adhesive with a wide application temperature range
The two-component (solvent-free) impact and temperature resistant epoxy resin adhesive is optimal for structural bonding of composites and metals. It provides optimal results, especially on composites such as CFRP and GRP materials – over a wide temperature range. Even at +120 °C, the adhesive has a high strength of >10 N/mm2. Thanks to its high rigidity and impact resistance, it is the ideal and reliable adhesive for high-strength structural bonding.
These two-component epoxy resins (solvent-free) are certified according to EN 45545-2 Table 5 R1, R7, R17 requirements for HL 1-3.
