Joining two materials: which method to use?
Are you thinking about your assembly method today? Are you thinking of replacing welding or riveting? The use of adhesive bonding offers new perspectives for mechanical engineering connections. No other process offers such versatility!
Numerous tests have clearly demonstrated the superiority of adhesive bonding over more conventional methods of joining metals such as screwing, riveting or welding. Bonding lightens assemblies and strengthens constructions subjected to extremely high mechanical stresses.
SUPRATEC Syneo’s teams master all industrial bonding processes. These processes guarantee an efficient and aesthetic result, with the possibility of assembling many materials together. This specific process guarantees a good distribution of stresses on the assembled parts, and can be integrated into automated (or semi-automated) lines.
Our bonding experienceBonding: a solution for productivity and durability
The bonding of metal with single-component epoxy resin allows an assembly with exceptional mechanical properties. Commonly used as a replacement for conventional processes such as riveting, welding or brazing, single-component epoxy resin glue hardens under the action of heat, at temperatures above +100°C.
