The heart of the system is a technical cap that allows the juice to be transferred to the original bottle once it has been screwed back on, this is the refill process.
Our customers wanted to ensure that this cap remained firmly attached to the glass bottle on which it was mounted and asked us to provide a solution.
The SYNEO team proposed a low odour, fast-acting, multi-purpose adhesive with excellent adhesion for this application. This stable two-component methacrylate structural adhesive is an expert in fast and durable bonding of plastics.

-Placement of 3 dots of methacrylate (MMA) glue on the screw thread of the glass bottle.
-Filling the bottle in line
-Manual screwing of the black PP cap to the stop
-Drying in a few minutes on the packaging line before placing in the case.
