Microdispensing device
This is the smallest and most accurate dosing system in the range of dosing systems. Its ultra-light weight and modular construction make it easy to integrate into semi-automatic manufacturing processes. Designed to dispense single component products in syringes, this high precision dispensing system can dispense micro to nano quantities of fluids from 3cc to 30cc syringes.
The NanoPen system is used to dispense nano to micro amounts of fluids from syringes with the utmost precision. The NanoPen 3cc dispenses product from a 3cc syringe using a precise linear actuator pushing a plunger.

The NPC-10 controller is the control unit for the NanoPen 3 cc to 30 cc. The different operating modes, deposit volume and programs are set via the 3.5" TFT LCD touch screen.
The Nano Pen is a pen-type dispenser that does not need to use air and can accurately dispense very small quantities with a motorised method.
This dosing concept allows for convenient and stable dispensing of ultra-fine quantities.

The magnet applied inside the Nano Pen makes it easy to change syringes and set up.
With its simple and compact design and structure, it is easy to set up an automated line and can be applied to various applications due to the high-speed discharge.
Syringe capacities of 3, 5, 10 and 30 cc can be applied.
A barrel and a dedicated plunger for each barrel must be used.
